These Terms of Service govern your use of any website, application, or service operated by Lots of Bees Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"). By using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Lots of Bees Inc. is an independent software and consulting company based in Canada. We build consumer apps and provide product, data, and engineering consulting services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. By using any Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

Where an account is required, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt any Service
• Use automated tools or exploits to gain an unfair advantage in any app
• Harass, impersonate, or harm other users
• Submit false, misleading, or manipulated data

5. App-Specific Terms

Step Off

Step Off is a step-tracking challenge app for iOS. It reads your daily step count from Apple HealthKit and displays it on a shared leaderboard.

• We do not use HealthKit data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
• Your display name and step counts are visible to other users.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that manipulate or falsify step data.
• You may delete your account at any time from the Account tab in the app.

6. Consulting Services

Consulting engagements are governed by separate written agreements between you and Lots of Bees Inc. These Terms apply to the extent no separate agreement is in place.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials we provide remain the property of Lots of Bees Inc. or our licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lots of Bees Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of any Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
